Support our youth

  • Mission

Our mission is to level the playing field in arts, education, entertainment, and sports for underserved youth. We develop programs and enact them via partnerships with schools and community organizations, provide opportunities for artistic and athletic development, promote cultural awareness and diversity, support career development and job readiness, provide financial assistance through scholarships and vouchers, and increase community engagement and involvement to help our students prosper in school and cultivate their talents.

  • Purpose

The purpose of Ghetto Navy Foundation is to empower underserved minority students with the resources they need to achieve their academic, artistic, athletic, and personal goals. We strive to create a more equitable society where all students have access to the support and resources they need. Through our fundraising efforts and community partnerships, we work to expand our reach and impact, making a positive difference in the lives of underserved youth and their families.

our programs

  • School To vocational Excellence pipeline

The School to Vocational Excellence Pipeline program is designed to provide an alternative to non-productive punishment, such as in-school suspension (ISS), by focusing on reformation and rehabilitation. Each month, students who are identified as needing support will be assigned one day based on their disciplinary need.

  • Entrepreneur Evolution

Entrepreneur Evolution is an innovative program designed to empower at-risk youth with essential entrepreneurship skills and financial literacy. Our mission is to guide students in developing their entrepreneurial spirit, teaching them how to start and run small solo businesses.

  • Rise Up!

The Rise Up program is designed to provide comprehensive support to students and families affected by incarceration. The program addresses a range of needs, including academic support, mentoring, counseling, life skills development, financial assistance, recreational programs, and parental support groups. By addressing these needs, the program aims to promote academic success, social and emotional well-being, and overall resiliency in students and families affected by incarceration.

  • Snowstormers Studio

Snowstormers Studio presents an immersive one-day workshop designed for student talent and at-risk undiscovered student talent. This interactive experience aims to introduce students to various artistic mediums and foster creative escapism, while strengthening foundational and transferrable skills and equipping them with entrepreneurial insights.
